We have received your reconsideration request and are in the process of auditing the information you have supplied for compliance. If your request has been received after 3 pm EDT, we will process the data the following business day.

Please allow up to 3 business days at minimum for the reconsideration of value to be completed. Our team will not have a status for this request prior to this timeframe.

Please keep in mind that the appraiser must remain independent throughout the process, the appraiser is your audience and is who will provide a response. Please carefully review the form to ensure you have provided all the information you feel is relevant, as we cannot re-open the request again after the appraiser responds.

We will not accept more than 5 additional alternate closed sales for this submission. Please avoid sending sales that are already in the report, active/pending listings, sales that close AFTER the effective date of the appraisal, or sales that closed over a year prior to the effective date. Do not upload MLS printouts or appraisals completed by other appraisers, as they will not be forwarded to the appraiser.

If these items have been provided, it may delay your request as we ask you to revise it and/or we edit the form prior to submission to the appraiser.

The appraiser will provide feedback in the addendum of the report and we will send you a copy of the report through the system when it is available. Please check the addendum of the report to read the appraiser’s feedback if you do not see that the value on the first page has been changed.
